India has emerged the third most attractive market destination for apparel retailers, according to a new study by global management consulting firm A.T. Kearney. India comes after Brazil and China in the A.T. Kearney Retail Apparel Index, which looks at ten drivers, including apparel consumption and clothing imports/exports, to rank the top 30 emerging markets for retail apparel investments. read more read more

Indian artist, Prabha Mallesh, from Bangalore is well known in India for her development work of the ancient art form, ‘Mysore Style', which flourished under the patronage of the Mysore Kings from the 13th century.
